Return Policy

At Luxa Melbourne, we take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
Note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind, size issues, or personal preference unless the item is faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at luxamelbourne@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Clear photos showing the product issue
- A short description of the problem
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refunds or Replacements
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
- Approved returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Approved exchanges: Replacement items will be dispatched within 3–5 business days
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.
