We want you to love your experience with Luxa Melbourne. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for guidance on refunds.


1. Returns

We currently do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences.

However, if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.


2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at luxamelbourne@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or provider

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
